At PawNest Co., we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used by pets, washed, damaged, chewed, stained, or altered.
Non-returnable items may include:

Used bowls, feeders, grooming tools, harnesses, collars, or carriers

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PawNest Co. is not responsible for return packages that are lost or not delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited product availability. If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
In many cases, the fastest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel it. You may still request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PawNest Co. is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.
Please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office if your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
